When you have a spill or pet accident, DO NOT treat stains with ANYTHING before contacting a professional.

1. How long does it take to dry? 2 hours or less
2. Can you get out red stains? Yes certain stains can be removed completely, and some will only lighten, depending on the type of stain.
3. Can you remove pet stains and odors? Yes, but to do a 100% removal of odor, requires removing the pad and treating the flooring and backing of the carpet.
4. Will the stains reappear after the cleaning? Some stains will, depending on the type of stain and fiber of the carpet.
5. Can I get a same day appointment? We offer same day appointments.
6. Do you personally come out to clean the carpet? Yes, we are a family owned and operated company, so the owner is on the premises at all times.
7. Do I need to Vacuum before you come to clean?  No, we offer vacuuming as a step in our cleaning process for our Residential customers.
8. Do I need to move any furniture?  We will move small pieces, sofa, end table, etc. but we do not move larger pieces like entertainment centers, beds, etc.
9. Are your chemicals pet/child safe? Yes, all of our chemicals are safe for animals, and children.  We also offer total Green Cleaning chemicals.
